Who we are

We are one of the largest and most rapidly growing RES developers. We currently operate within an international joint-venture structure and the total capacity of the projects we develop is already over 1 GW.

Our range of tasks

We work in an international environment on a daily basis, so candidates with experience in international organisations and fluent English will be particularly welcome. Experience in corporate services for companies would also be an advantage. However, we do not require experience in the RES industry, but we want a person who is focused on continuous training in this field.

Your tasks will be very varied, but your daily duties will include:
- Assisting with the creation of transaction documentation for the acquisition/disposal of large-scale RES projects
- Preparation and submission of applications to the National Court Register and land registers
- Creation and on-going corporate support of our capital group companies
- Coordinating the processes of transferring administrative decisions and contracts
- Analysis of regulations relating to our business
- Preparation of internal statements and summaries
- Issuing opinions on contracts and other documentsmowań

Our expectations:

- Status as a 5th year law student
- Availability 4-5 days a week
- Knowledge of English at a level that allows you to work on complex legal documents in this language
- Commitment and willingness to commit to our organisation for the long term
- Ability to work under time pressure, on multiple projects simultaneously
